My class of Clarion folks have been busy!
E.J. Fischer has sold his first story to Strange Horizons! We workshopped this story the first week at Clarion, and how thrilling to know that the world will see it soon.
Damien Walter has a story published in the current issue of Murky Depths!
Stefani Nellen's story ("Spinnetje" in Apex Digest # 11) is listed under Honorable Mention in the 2008 Year's Best Fantasy & Horror.
Kathleen Howard's work on the Endicott Studio helped the fabulous web site win an award at the World Fantasy convention.
The good news has not been restricted to just my class of Clarion: Shweta Narayan (Clarion '07) has sold a story (her second pro sale) to Strange Horizons!
So exciting!
